Jonathon Joanisse completed bathroom renovations at our home this past spring. The work included removing existing bathtub tile and wall, installing new waterproof drywall, removing old tub, toilet and vanity/sink, and flooring. Install new tub, ceramic tile in the tub area, new shower curtain rod, toilet and vanity, and light fixture, improving plumbing by installing shut off taps where necessary, and flooring with related baseboard, and related hardware. He also installed new vanity and flooring in main floor powder room, again improving plumbing by installing shut off taps, new light fixture, mirror and related hardware.

The work was completed competently, and within a reasonable length of time. Jonathon took great pains to ensure the work site was clean, and daily end of day clean-up was invariably done. I would recommend Jonathon for any similar work.

In the month of June 2008, Jonathon did 2 bathrooms for us.

He stripped the hallway bathroom of the old bathtub, sink, and toilet. He installed tile on the walls and on the heated floor; installed an air-whirlpool spa bathtub with new faucets. New sink and faucet and new toilet in this bathroom.

He also stripped the ensuite bathroom of the old shower and faucet, sink and toilet, installed tiles on the heated floor and the walls of the bathroom and the shower with new faucets, jet and doors; installed also was the new toilet and sink. Ceramic glass blocks between the hallway bathroom and the ensuite bathroom were installed to get much needed light.

Everything was very professionally done. We love our bathrooms and are very pleased with Jonathon's work. He is very conscientious and an excellent worker.

We are totally pleased and recommend him to all.

On April 30, 2010 GCT by Design Inc. who is an architectural technologist firm associated themselves with a company called Canadian Home Renovators.

GCT by Design decided to undertake this association in order to give their potential clients more convenience in finding the best construction renovators in the Brockville and surrounding area. The owner of GCT by Design who is a highly qualified Architectural Technologist himself wanted to ease the problem for his clients in finding reputable companies.
